Man accused of stealing jewelry from his mother Blytheville Courier News Joshua Southard, 21, of Blytheville, was arraigned in Blytheville District Court Thursday before Judge Shannon Langston, on charges of residential burglary and theft. Southard is charged in the Jan. 30 theft of jewelry from his mother, Debra Southard's home at the 100 block of Briarcrest.
