Meeting set on $5 charge

Residents with concerns about the recent additional $5 charge for wastewater are invited to a "public forum" at 5 p.m. Wednesday in the Municipal Courtroom. The Blytheville City Council's Airport and Utilities Committee will meet at 3 p.m. Wednesday with Brad Davis of SSR Ellers, a meeting that is also open to the public.
