CARUTHERSVILLE -- Caruthersville police are investigating the death of an 11-month-old boy. According to police, the infant was found dead around 9:51 a.m. Tuesday at 98 East Haven. "Officers spoke to the mother of the child who stated her brother took the baby and was rushing it to the hospital," Caruthersville police chief Chris Riggs said. "She stated her baby was not breathing when she found him."...
