Highway 18 work could be done by end of 2013

On Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, the front page of the Courier News has an article which announced the firing of the (Gosnell) chief of police by the mayor, Don Marshall. His reasoning was, "in his opinion, it was best for the city of Gosnell." In this same article, a city council member indicated that she and others were unaware of the decision. I know this to be true because my daughter and daughter-in-law, both city council members, did not know anything about this personnel decision by the mayor...
