Former Parks and Rec Employee was an unregistered sex offender

Bobby Laderrel Freeman, 32, was arrested as part of "Operation MISSCO n May" on May 2 for failure to register as a sex offender (social media) and for parole violation. He is currently being held at the Mississippi County Jail. Prior to his arrest he was a Parks and Recreation employee with the City of Blytheville and held that position since March 23, 2016. Police: Man arrested after robbing Mailboxes and Beyond
